Required Qualifications
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Physics
B.Ed from a recognized institution
3 years of teaching experience in Physics
Good to Have
D.El.Ed for foundational clarity
CTET qualification preferred
Familiarity with NEP 2020 implementation
Preferred Skills
Strong conceptual clarity in Mechanics, Optics, and Thermodynamics.
Ability to simplify complex topics for students.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Basic computer skills for smart classrooms.
Experience with CBSE question paper patterns.
