Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging physical education lessons aligned with the state curriculum.
- Organise and supervise intra‑school sports events, inter‑school competitions, and physical fitness assessments.
- Mentor students in sportsmanship, health, and nutrition, fostering holistic development.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate physical activity into interdisciplinary projects.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and injury reports.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are safe, functional, and well‑kept.
Qualifications and Experience
A postgraduate degree is required, with B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions. Three years of practical teaching experience in a school setting is essential, and TET/CTET certification is preferred.
Salary and Location
The position offers a competitive salary of Rs.30,000 – Rs.55,000 per month and is based in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
