PRT Computer Science Teacher Position at Delhi Public School in Saharanpur
Delhi Public School in Saharanpur is seeking a dedicated PRT (Pupil Teacher) to join its Computer Science department in Deoband. The role focuses on shaping young minds with hands-on computer science education, ensuring students develop foundational skills in programming, digital literacy, and technology integration.
You will design and deliver engaging classroom lessons covering core Computer Science topics like algorithms, basic programming languages, and digital tools. Your responsibilities will include creating interactive lesson plans that align with school curriculum standards while adapting teaching methods to diverse learning levels. Ensuring compliance with school policies on cyber safety and digital ethics will be a priority.
You will participate in school events, workshops, and parent-teacher interactions to promote Computer Science as a relevant and exciting subject. Regularly updating parent communication about student achievements and areas for improvement will help build trust and engagement.
The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least two years of teaching experience. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial. The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary of Rs.17,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
