The PRT Dance Teacher in Saharanpur will design and deliver age-appropriate dance activities, ensuring students gain technical skills in basic movements, rhythm, and posture. Your work will span from elementary to upper primary levels, adapting styles like folk dances from Uttar Pradesh, classical ballet, or contemporary movements to suit each age group. Mont Fort School values hands-on teaching, so you’ll also assist in organizing school events like dance festivals or cultural fairs where students showcase their talents.
To qualify for this PRT Dance Teacher position, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university. A graduate background in dance or related fields is preferred, though not mandatory. While TET/CTET certification isn’t strictly required, it will be an asset if you have experience in teaching in Uttar Pradesh schools. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is essential for this role.
