Student Engagement and Community
Encourage extracurricular activities such as poetry recitals, essay competitions, and cultural festivals to deepen Hindi proficiency. Act as a mentor for students interested in Hindi literature or public speaking. Represent the school at regional language conferences or workshops if opportunities arise.
Qualifications and Experience
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or a related field is mandatory. A postgraduate qualification in Hindi Literature, Linguistics, or Education is preferred. Teaching experience in a school setting for at least two years is essential. Possession of TET/CTET certification is highly recommended but not mandatory.
