PGT English Teacher – Silver Stone Sr Sec School, Chandausi, Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh
Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons for classes XI and XII, aligning with the school curriculum and state guidelines.
Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments and projects, providing constructive feedback and remedial support where needed.
Organize and conduct co‑curricular activities such as debates, elocution and creative writing workshops to enhance language skills.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and progress reports, and coordinate with the head of department for academic planning.
Participate in faculty meetings, parent‑teacher interactions and professional development programs to stay updated with pedagogical practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in English or related discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; CTET/TET preferred.
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level, preferably in a CBSE or UP Board school.
Compensation & Location
Salary: Rs.40,000 – Rs.50,000 per month.
