Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Biology, or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Environmental Systems And Societies
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Willingness to work in Powayan, Shahjahanpur
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification
- Experience in IB MYP or Cambridge curriculum schools
- Knowledge of local environmental issues in Uttar Pradesh
- Experience with student-centered learning methods
- Participation in environmental education workshops

- Strong communication skills for explaining complex environmental concepts
- Ability to design simple experiments and demonstrations
