Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement engaging Mathematics lesson plans for classes VI to VIII.
- Coach students for the Mathematics board exam, ensuring they grasp complex concepts and excel in their performance.
- Conduct regular assessments to gauge students' understanding and progress.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to design and implement Mathematics curriculum for the school.
- Provide remedial support to students struggling with Mathematics concepts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to parents and students on Mathematics-related topics.
- Develop and maintain a Mathematics resource room with relevant materials and resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Mathematics across different subjects.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field and a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mathematics teacher in a school setting is required. Preference will be given to candidates who possess TET/CTET certification. As an NTT, you will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students in classes VI to VIII.
