About This Role
As a senior Art And Craft Teacher at L.s.p Public School in Powayan, Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, you will have the opportunity to lead the Art And Craft department and contribute to the growth and development of our students. Day-to-Day Duties
As a PRT Art And Craft Teacher, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing Art And Craft curriculum for classes 1-8
- Providing individualized attention and mentoring to students with special needs
- Preparing and delivering Art And Craft lessons to classes of up to 40 students
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback to students and parents
- Collaborating with other subject teachers to integrate Art And Craft with other subjects
- Maintaining a well-organized and tidy Art And Craft room and store
- Participating in school events and exhibitions to showcase student artwork
- Providing pastoral care and support to students, as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and assessment results
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field
- A B.Ed degree or equivalent teaching qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching Art And Craft in a school setting
- Preference will be given to candidates with a NET or SET qualification in Fine Arts or a related field
