What You Will Do

Conduct practical sessions in the school’s computer lab with hands-on activities for young learners.
Provide additional support for students preparing for inter-school IT fairs and Olympiads in Computer Science. Organize monthly computer-based activities such as e-poster making, simple animation, and typing competitions within the classroom. Assist in preparing question banks for term-end Computer Science assessments for PRT levels.
Support board exam-style mock tests for grades 4 and 5 by creating age-appropriate question papers in a simplified format. Coordinate with the senior Computer Science faculty for vertical alignment of concepts from PRT to higher grades. Maintain discipline during computer lab sessions and ensure proper use of lab resources.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized university is required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed with at least three years of teaching experience in Computer Science for primary classes is mandatory. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
Experience in teaching Computer Science to students aged 6 to 11 in a school environment is necessary. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and PRT pedagogy for Computer Science will be given preference during selection.
