Conduct short reading circles where children take turns reading aloud without fear of mistakes.
Create weekly word walls with pictures of local objects—like the cycle repair shop on Powayan road—to make spelling feel relevant.
Organize monthly English assemblies where students recite poems or act out short skits in front of parents.
Grade notebooks with clear comments in Hindi or English so parents in surrounding villages can follow progress.
Attend fortnightly subject meetings to align lesson plans with the school’s broader goals.
Support co-curricular activities such as elocution or storytelling competitions during festivals like Diwali or Holi.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) completed.
