PRT Physical Education Teacher Position at Rana Public School, Powayan
Rana Public School in Powayan is seeking a dedicated PRT (Practicing Teacher) for Physical Education to inspire students with engaging sports and fitness activities. This role focuses on developing healthy lifestyles through structured games, team sports, and outdoor learning. The teacher will shape young minds while ensuring safety and inclusivity in all activities.
The primary responsibility is to deliver Physical Education lessons aligned with school curriculum standards. This includes teaching a variety of sports like football, basketball, cricket, and athletics, along with basic fitness drills and team-building exercises. The teacher must design and implement fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage physical activity and sportsmanship.
Daily duties include supervising extracurricular sports events, organizing school-level competitions, and maintaining equipment. The teacher will also collaborate with the school’s principal and other faculty to integrate physical education into broader academic goals. Safety protocols will be strictly followed to ensure all activities are conducted securely.
To qualify, candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree along with a graduate degree in Physical Education or related field. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Physical Education is required. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
The successful candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs.12,000 to Rs.22,000, with full-time employment in a vibrant, student-centered environment. The role is based in Powayan, Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
