Classroom Profile
Our classrooms in Shahjahanpur, Sadar, Uttar Pradesh, are a dynamic and inclusive space where students of all backgrounds come together to learn and grow. Our TGT Mathematics Teacher will work with students from Classes VI to X, teaching Mathematics to a diverse group of learners.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging Mathematics lesson plans that cater to different learning levels and abilities.
- Use differentiated instruction to support students with varying learning needs, including those with special requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning.
- Use technology to enhance Mathematics teaching and learning, including educational software and online resources.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Develop and implement assessments that are inclusive and respectful of all students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and involve them in the learning process.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in Mathematics education.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in Mathematics at the secondary level.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and pedagogy of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
