Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver engaging lessons in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology aligned with the state curriculum.
2. Prepare laboratory experiments that promote inquiry and safety, ensuring all equipment is maintained.
3. Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
4. Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary activities and school projects.
5. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum reviews.
6. Mentor and guide students in science competitions, science fairs, and extracurricular clubs.
7. Maintain accurate attendance records and report any concerns to the principal.
8. Uphold the school's policies and uphold the highest standards of academic integrity.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in any science discipline, B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory, TET/CTET preferred. Two years of teaching experience in a school setting is required. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students in a dynamic environment is essential.
