PGT Physical Education Teacher Position at Rock Gold Academy, Shamli
Rock Gold Academy in Shamli seeks a dedicated PGT Physical Education Teacher to inspire and develop students’ athletic skills while maintaining a balanced curriculum. This role focuses on fostering physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline through structured sports programs and extracurricular activities.
You will design and implement age-appropriate physical education lessons, including games, fitness drills, and sports training sessions. Your work will align with national education standards while ensuring students engage actively in outdoor and indoor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct daily physical education classes covering sports like basketball, football, athletics, and yoga. Assess student performance through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve skills.
Collaborate with school management to organize inter-house sports events, tournaments, and fitness camps, ensuring safety and fair participation.
Maintain a clean, well-equipped sports facility and update equipment inventory as needed. Develop lesson plans that integrate health, nutrition, and mental well-being alongside physical training.
Qualifications:
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a specialization or relevant experience in Physical Education. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in Physical Education at the secondary or senior secondary level. Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh school curriculum guidelines is advantageous.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month, with a focus on shaping young athletes’ growth in Shamli.
