Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in Computer Science or related field is required. B.Ed degree is mandatory; freshers are welcome. TET-appearing candidates will be considered with preference given to CTET-qualified applicants.
Learning and Development
Fast-track promotion to senior teacher possible within three years based on performance. Attend monthly pedagogy workshops and subject updates. Salary increments tied to certification courses in coding or AI.
Salary and Benefits
