5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
6. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
7. Participate in school staff meetings and professional development.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning.
9. Monitor and evaluate student performance regularly.
Required Qualifications

Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with Hindi as a subject.
- CTET/TET certification (not mandatory, but preferred).
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching Hindi to students from classes VI to X.
- Knowledge of curriculum and syllabus of CBSE/NCERT.
- Familiarity with technology-based teaching tools and resources.
