NTT English Teacher Position at R.a.v Central Academy in Sitapur

3. Assess students’ progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and projects to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves confidently in English.
5. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate English skills across subjects, ensuring holistic student development.
6. Prepare students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and state board assessments through targeted practice and mock tests.
7. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and participation to support academic tracking.
8. Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on teaching best practices and educational trends.
