Develop lesson plans that incorporate regional dialects, folk literature, and cultural elements relevant to Uttar Pradesh. Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, including oral and written assessments, to track improvement in fluency and comprehension.
Collaborate with the Hindi department to integrate language learning with other subjects, such as social studies and literature, to create interdisciplinary connections. Maintain a supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves in Hindi. Participate in school events, such as festivals like Makar Sankranti or Hindi Diwas, to promote cultural pride through language activities.
Qualification
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Strong command over Hindi, including both standard and regional variations, is essential. Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh’s educational framework and local language trends will be highly beneficial.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of teaching experience in Hindi, preferably in a school setting.
