Day-to-Day Duties
* Develop and implement Mathematics curriculum aligned with NCERT guidelines
* Mentor and guide junior Mathematics teachers to improve their teaching skills
* Analyze and interpret Mathematics board results to identify areas of improvement
* Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
* Plan and execute Mathematics workshops and competitions for students
* Collaborate with other department heads to ensure interdisciplinary learning
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Participate in school events and activities to promote Mathematics learning
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Mathematics teaching and learning
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with B.Ed or D.El.Ed
* Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching Mathematics
* NET or SET in Mathematics preferred
* Strong understanding of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
