PGT Accountancy Teacher Job in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment

Qualifications and Experience:
To apply, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Accountancy or Commerce with at least four years of relevant teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for the role. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Class 11 and 12 Accountancy, ensuring alignment with the latest CBSE syllabus.
2. Conduct interactive classroom sessions, using visual aids and real-world examples to enhance student understanding of financial concepts.
3. Assess students’ performance through continuous evaluation, including weekly tests, assignments, and practical demonstrations.
4. Prepare and maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and academic achievements.
5. Collaborate with the school’s academic team to design and update curriculum materials, including textbooks and workbooks.
6. Organize and participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and share best practices for Accountancy education.
7. Guide students in understanding accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial statements through practical exercises.
8. Ensure compliance with school policies on discipline, attendance, and extracurricular activities while maintaining a supportive learning environment.
9. Prepare and submit monthly reports on teaching activities, student feedback, and areas for improvement.
10. Foster a culture of critical thinking and problem-solving in Accountancy by encouraging students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
