PGT Business Studies Teacher Position at R.a.v Central Academy in Sitapur
R.a.v Central Academy in Sitapur is seeking a dedicated PGT Business Studies Teacher to inspire and guide students through dynamic business concepts. This role involves shaping young minds with a strong foundation in commerce, entrepreneurship, and management principles. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for teaching, practical industry knowledge, and a passion for fostering analytical thinking in students.
Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging classroom sessions covering core Business Studies topics such as accounting, marketing, and economics. Prepare interactive lessons, case studies, and group discussions to enhance student participation. Maintain a structured syllabus alignment with academic standards while adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning levels. Ensure students submit assignments on time and provide timely feedback to support their progress.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update lesson plans, resources, and assessment tools to align with the latest curriculum guidelines. Collaborate with other faculty members to create interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities related to business. Monitor student performance through regular quizzes, projects, and exams to identify strengths and areas needing improvement. Participate in school-wide events, such as career fairs or business simulations, to engage students beyond the classroom.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend faculty meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on teaching best practices and industry trends. Review and evaluate student performance reports to provide constructive feedback to parents and students. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, discipline, and curriculum implementation.
To qualify for this role, a postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related field is essential. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required for teaching at this level. Two years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in Business Studies or commerce-related subjects, is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career advancement.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.32,000 to Rs.50,000 per month, along with the opportunity to contribute to R.a.v Central Academy’s mission of nurturing future business leaders.
