PGT Computer Science Teacher Position at Aastha Public School in Sonbhadra
Aastha Public School in Sonbhadra is seeking a dedicated PGT Computer Science Teacher to lead the subject across Class 9 to 12. This role focuses on shaping students’ technical skills, fostering critical thinking, and preparing them for future careers in technology.
The teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons in programming, algorithms, data structures, and computer fundamentals. Daily classroom instruction includes hands-on coding exercises, project-based learning, and interactive sessions to meet curriculum standards.
Teaching responsibilities also include grading assignments, conducting lab sessions, and collaborating with the school’s academic team to enhance digital literacy programs. The ideal candidate will ensure students grasp core concepts while adapting teaching methods for diverse learning levels.
Qualifications:
A postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field is mandatory. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required for school-level teaching. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, having these certifications will be an asset.
Experience:
At least two years of teaching experience in Computer Science or a related subject is essential. Experience in high school or senior secondary education is preferred. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and curriculum frameworks will be beneficial.
Salary:
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.50,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is a full-time position based in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh.
