Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pprt Mathematics Teacher to join our team at D.a.v. Sr. Sec. Public School. Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to classes 9 to 12, using innovative and engaging methods to make the subject more accessible and interesting to students.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and exams as per the school's curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their understanding of the subject.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes and improvements.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions on school policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in school events and activities, such as parent-teacher meetings and open houses.
- Develop and implement extra-curricular activities and projects to enhance student learning.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pprt Mathematics Teacher, and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. You must also have a strong understanding of the Mathematics curriculum for classes 9 to 12, and be able to communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
