Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree as a minimum qualification for teaching positions in schools. Possess a graduate degree in Hindi or a related field. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Candidates with at least two years of teaching experience, preferably in Hindi or language education, are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential, along with a genuine interest in working with young learners.
