Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in English with a minimum of four years of teaching experience in secondary schools. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not compulsory. Fluency in Hindi and English is required for classroom and administrative communication. Prior experience in coaching board exam candidates will be given preference.
