About This Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled NTT Mathematics Teacher to join our team at St Xaviers Sr Sec School Sultanpur. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge and skills to students in a supportive and interactive environment.
How You Will Teach
You will be using smart boards to create interactive lessons, Google Classroom to post assignments and resources, and our Learning Management System to track student progress. You will also be expected to incorporate blended learning strategies to cater to different learning styles. Your teaching approach will be student-centered, with a focus on developing problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning.
What You Will Do
* Prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students of Classes 6-12
* Utilize digital resources to supplement traditional teaching methods
* Create and distribute online assignments and quizzes using Google Classroom
* Track student progress and provide regular feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop Mathematics curriculum and assessments
* Conduct regular online assessments and evaluations
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs
* Develop and implement innovative Mathematics projects and activities
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
Preferred Skills
* Digital literacy and proficiency in Google Classroom, Learning Management Systems, and other online tools
* Experience in online teaching and blended learning approaches
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
