Navyug International Public School in Kadipur, Sultanpur, seeks an experienced Pprt English Teacher to inspire students with engaging language instruction. This role focuses on developing foundational English skills through practical, real-world learning. The teacher will work closely with students in the Primary section, ensuring they build confidence and fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Daily Responsibilities
Plan and deliver interactive English lessons tailored to students’ learning levels. Engage students through storytelling, group discussions, and hands-on activities to keep lessons dynamic. Monitor individual progress and provide immediate feedback to reinforce understanding. Prepare simple, visually appealing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Assess student performance through quizzes, projects, and oral presentations to gauge comprehension. Collaborate with the English department to refine teaching methods and share best practices. Organize small-group workshops to address common challenges in grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Maintain accurate records of student achievements and progress reports.
Periodic Responsibilities
Participate in school-wide events like reading competitions, poetry recitals, or cultural fairs to promote English culture. Attend occasional training sessions to update teaching techniques and curriculum knowledge. Work with the school’s administration to ensure compliance with educational policies and assessment guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for teaching roles in government-recognized schools. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in primary education, is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, prior experience with state-level teaching assessments is a plus.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is based in Kadipur, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, with the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, student-centered learning environment.
