You will prepare monthly reports on publication activities, expenses, and team performance for senior management review. You will recommend process improvements to reduce turnaround time and enhance output quality.
You will oversee the archiving of all published materials in digital and physical formats for easy retrieval. You will ensure compliance with copyright and data protection policies when handling sensitive school information.
You will assist in organizing school events by designing signage, banners, and digital displays. You will work closely with the marketing team to create promotional content for admissions and community engagement.
You will implement feedback from school leadership to refine designs and layouts for better readability and visual appeal. You will ensure that all materials reflect the school’s identity and values accurately.
Eligibility Criteria
A postgraduate degree in any discipline is required for the Dtp Operator position at Orchid International School. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in desktop publishing or graphic design within a school or educational setting.
