3. Conduct hands-on activities such as nature walks, recycling projects, and plant care sessions.
4. Assess student understanding through simple observation and age-appropriate tasks.
5. Collaborate with NTT team members to integrate Evs themes across subjects.
6. Organize monthly Evs-themed events like cleanliness drives or sapling planting.
7. Maintain records of student progress in Evs learning outcomes.
8. Communicate regularly with parents about Evs activities and learning tips.
9. Participate in school-wide teacher training and curriculum review sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with specialization in early childhood education
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in nursery or pre-primary sections
Experience in teaching Evs as part of the early years curriculum
Familiarity with NTT teaching methodologies and child-centric approaches
Good to Have
CTET or TET certification with Evs as one of the subjects
Experience in schools following Montessori or play-way methods
Knowledge of local Varanasi environment for contextual learning
Training in special education or inclusive teaching practices
Previous experience in Orchid International School or similar institutions
Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English for classroom interaction
Ability to design simple, engaging Evs activities using local resources
Patience and creativity in handling young children’s learning pace
Basic computer skills for preparing teaching materials and records
