As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be working with students who are in need of guidance and support to develop their mathematical skills and understanding.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Mathematics to students in grades 6-12, following the CBSE curriculum
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, incorporating interactive activities and real-world examples
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and make adjustments to teaching methods as needed
- Engage with parents and guardians through regular progress updates and parent-teacher meetings
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and events
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in Mathematics education
- Participate in school-wide professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to Mathematics education
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. You should have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Mathematics education.
