The role requires a graduate with a minimum of three years experience in school administration, focusing on program coordination, policy implementation, and resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the school’s physical education curriculum, ensuring alignment with state guidelines.
- Coordinate logistics for inter-school sports events, field trips, and extracurricular competitions.
- Manage budgets for equipment, maintenance, and facility upgrades, reporting monthly to the senior management.
- Develop and enforce health and safety protocols for all physical activity sessions.
- Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations of the sports complex.
- Liaise with local sports clubs and community organizations to enhance student opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree with at least 3 years experience in school administration or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred for understanding of educational standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staff in a school setting.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
Compensation
Rs.16,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
