We are seeking a qualified PRT Computer Science Teacher to join our team at Orchid International School. As a Computer Science Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students from a young age the fundamentals of computer programming and other related subjects. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons to students from Class 1 to 8.
- Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's Computer Science curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops.
- Contribute to the development of the school's Computer Science department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you should have a graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is also required. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting is preferred. Familiarity with the TET or CTET examination is not necessary.
