As a PRT, your daily work will include planning interactive lessons that blend storytelling, discussions, and practical exercises. You will assess students’ progress through oral presentations, written assignments, and group activities, ensuring every child feels supported in their language development. A strong grasp of English grammar, vocabulary expansion, and cultural awareness will help you create a welcoming environment where students feel confident speaking and writing.
The school values teachers who can inspire confidence in young minds while maintaining a structured yet flexible approach. With a focus on foundational literacy, you’ll play a vital role in shaping their early language skills.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with opportunities to grow within a supportive educational community. A graduate degree in English or a related field, along with three years of teaching experience, will be essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an asset in demonstrating your commitment to professional teaching standards.
