Role Summary
The Tgt Academic Coordinator at Bns English School will lead curriculum planning and academic operations for classes 6 to 8. This role ensures alignment of teaching plans with CBSE guidelines and monitors classroom standards across three sections. It bridges teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to maintain consistent academic delivery in Varanasi.
What You Will Do
Develop trimester-wise academic calendars aligned with CBSE directives for grades 6–8.
Conduct bi-weekly teacher meetings to review lesson plans and resource needs.
Monitor classroom delivery through surprise visits and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate with subject heads to schedule unit tests, half-yearly, and annual exams.
Maintain academic records, attendance dashboards, and progress reports for parents.
Organize monthly parent-teacher interactions focused on student performance.
Recommend professional development sessions based on classroom observations.
Ensure timely submission of academic reports to the principal and management.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with minimum 5 years in school administration or academic coordination.
Experience handling grades 6–8 in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Good to Have
TET/CTET certification.
Prior work in Varanasi or eastern Uttar Pradesh schools.
Familiarity with Hindi and English medium curriculum integration.
