Day-to-Day Duties
As a TGT Accountancy Teacher at Orchid International School, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging Accountancy lessons for students in grades 9-10
- Conducting regular board exam coaching to help students achieve excellent results
- Preparing and submitting detailed lesson plans and progress reports to the Principal
- Maintaining a well-organized and conducive learning environment for students
- Providing individualized attention and support to students who require extra help
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
- Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to parents
- Participating in school events and activities to promote a culture of excellence
- Staying updated with the latest developments in Accountancy education and incorporating them into your teaching
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this challenging and rewarding role, you must possess:
- A postgraduate degree in Accountancy or a related field
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Accountancy
- Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET or CTET exams
