What You Will Do
Create animated case-study summaries for class X and XI Business Studies using Canva or Powtoon and upload them to the LMS before each chapter begins. Maintain a shared Google Sheet with weekly topic coverage and resource links visible to parents and coordinators. Prepare PowerPoint decks aligned to CBSE sample papers and share them with the co-teacher for co-editing. Use Nearpod or Pear Deck to embed multiple-choice questions mid-lesson and adjust pacing based on live analytics. Assign end-of-chapter assignments through Google Forms with auto-grading enabled for quick feedback. Collaborate with the IT coordinator to troubleshoot student logins and submission issues within 24 hours. Upload monthly progress reports to the school ERP so that management can track Business Studies outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Business Studies/Commerce with minimum 55% marks. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Two years of full-time teaching experience in TGT Business Studies at the secondary level. Prior experience with Google Classroom, LMS, and online assessment tools is preferred.
