Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced TGT Physical Education Teacher to join our Physical Education department at New Varanasi Public School. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging Physical Education programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement comprehensive Physical Education programs that promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork among students.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to engage in physical activities with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Assess and evaluate student learning outcomes, providing constructive feedback and guidance to students, teachers, and parents as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide Physical Education initiatives and policies.
- Supervise and mentor student teachers and volunteers in Physical Education activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school events as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field, such as B.Ed or M.P.Ed.
- Valid D.El.Ed or B.Ed certification.
- At least 4 years of experience as a TGT Physical Education Teacher in a school setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative Physical Education programs that promote student engagement and learning outcomes.
