As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Soil Science, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Publishing research papers in peer-reviewed journals
* Collaborating with colleagues on research projects and grant proposals
* Providing academic guidance to students
* Participating in academic and administrative committees
* Maintaining a high level of research productivity and publication
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a Ph.D. in Soil Science from a recognized university. Industry experience in a related field is highly desirable. As per UGC norms, candidates with a Ph.D. are preferred for Professor and Associate Professor positions, while NET/SLET is required for Assistant Professor positions if the Ph.D. is not completed.
