ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Clinical Pharmacy in Dehradun, Uttarakhand | University Recruitment
Role Summary
The Department of Pharmacy at Tulas Institute is expanding its Clinical Pharmacy division to strengthen research and academic excellence. Key Responsibilities
The ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Clinical Pharmacy will design and deliver courses in clinical pharmacokinetics, therapeutic drug monitoring, and adverse drug reaction management. The faculty member will supervise B.Pharm and M.Pharm projects aligned with hospital collaboration.
The ASSISTANT PROFESSOR is expected to publish at least two research papers annually in Scopus-indexed journals related to clinical pharmacy practice. Contribution to funded research projects in collaboration with tertiary care hospitals in Dehradun is encouraged. The role includes presenting findings at national conferences such as those organized by the Indian Hospital Pharmacists Association.
The faculty will guide doctoral candidates pursuing Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmacy, ensuring adherence to ethical research protocols. Thesis evaluation and viva voce coordination for M.Pharm dissertations will be part of academic responsibilities. The ASSISTANT PROFESSOR will also coordinate with the university’s ethics committee for clinical trial approvals.
Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences is mandatory for the ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Clinical Pharmacy Job in Dehradun.
