Learning and Development
The candidate is expected to maintain an API score of 3.0 or above to be considered for promotion and career advancement. The candidate should also engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance their teaching and research skills.

The salary for this position is Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 55,000 per month, and the candidate will also be eligible for allowances as per UGC norms. The candidate will also be provided with benefits such as medical insurance, transportation allowance, and other perks as per university rules.
