Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Ph.D. degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognized university.
- Postdoctoral research experience will be preferred.
- UGC-NET with JRF or SLET qualification is mandatory for those who do not have a Ph.D.
- Good teaching and research skills, with a strong publication record in refereed journals.
