- Developing and implementing curriculum for Strategic Management courses.
- Conducting research and publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervising and guiding postgraduate students in their research projects.
- Participating in academic and administrative activities of the university.
- Representing the university at national and international conferences.
Postgraduate Students
The ASSISTANT PROFESSOR will be responsible for guiding postgraduate students in their research projects, supervising their thesis and dissertation work, and providing feedback on their progress. The selected candidate will also be expected to contribute to the development of master level courses in Strategic Management.
Who Can Apply
The ideal candidate should have a PhD with a minimum of 55% marks, NET/SLET qualification, and a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals. Experience in teaching and research in Strategic Management at a university level is essential. Familiarity with the UGC norms and state government rules is also desirable.
Your Growth Path
The selected candidate will be eligible for career advancement based on the API score requirements set by the UGC. The ASSISTANT PROFESSOR will be expected to maintain a high API score to be considered for promotion to the position of Associate Professor.
