What You Will Do:
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Corporate Accounting, you will be responsible for the following:
- Teaching Corporate Accounting to undergraduate and postgraduate students at Tulas Institute
- Conducting research in the area of Corporate Accounting and publishing papers in reputable journals
- Supervising Ph.D. students in the area of Corporate Accounting
- Developing and implementing curriculum for the M.Com program at Tulas Institute
- Collaborating with faculty members from other departments to develop interdisciplinary courses
- Serving on university committees and contributing to academic and administrative decision-making processes
- Participating in departmental and university-level activities, such as seminars, workshops, and conferences
- Engaging in outreach and community service activities, such as industry interactions and extension services

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the position of ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Corporate Accounting, you must:
- Hold a Ph.D. in Commerce or a related field from a recognized university
- Have a good academic record, with at least 55% marks at the Master's level
- Have qualified for the UGC-NET with JRF (if Ph.D. not completed)
- Have at least one year of teaching experience in a university or college
- Have published research papers in reputable journals and/or presented papers in conferences
- Have a strong understanding of the syllabus and curriculum development for the M.Com program at Tulas Institute

Research & Publications:
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Corporate Accounting, you will be expected to:
- Conduct research in the area of Corporate Accounting and publish papers in reputable journals
- Collaborate with faculty members from other departments to develop interdisciplinary research projects
- Seek funding opportunities from government and private agencies to support research projects
- Publish research papers in journals with high impact factor
- Present research papers in conferences and seminars

Ph.D. Supervision:
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Corporate Accounting, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding Ph.D. students in the area of Corporate Accounting
- Evaluating theses and dissertations of Ph.D. students
- Providing guidance and support to Ph.D. students in their research and academic pursuits

Salary and Benefits:
The selected candidate will be paid a salary of Rs.40,000 - Rs.55,000 per month (as per UGC norms), along with research grants to support their research activities. The university also offers other benefits, such as housing, medical insurance, and leave travel concession.
