ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR - Drug Regulatory Affairs in Dehradun, Uttarakhand | University Recruitment — Applications invited as per UGC norms.
Role Summary
Tulas Institute, Dehradun, Uttarakhand invites applications for the position of ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR in Drug Regulatory Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students at the postgraduate level, guiding research projects, and contributing to the development of the department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Drug Regulatory Affairs at Tulas Institute, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, as per the University curriculum.
2. Prepare and deliver lectures, conduct tutorials, and guide students in their academic work.
3. Develop and implement new curricula and course materials in Drug Regulatory Affairs.
4. Guide research projects and supervise students in their research work.
5. Participate in departmental and institutional activities, such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.
6. Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and present papers at national and international conferences.
7. Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement new academic programs.
8. Provide academic counseling and guidance to students.
PG Class Profile
Tulas Institute offers master level courses in Drug Regulatory Affairs, including M.Sc. and MBA programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in these courses, guiding research projects, and contributing to the development of the department.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate should have a Ph.D. in the relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks. In the absence of a Ph.D., the candidate should have cleared the UGC-NET/SLET exam. A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals is essential. The candidate should also have teaching experience of at least 4 years.
Your Growth Path
The candidate will be eligible for promotion to the post of Assistant Professor with an API score of 3.0 and above. For further promotion to the post of Professor, the API score should be 3.5 and above. The candidate will also be eligible for career advancement opportunities within the university.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for the post of ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR will be Rs.55,000 - Rs.80,000 per month. The candidate will also be eligible for allowances as per UGC norms.
