Required Qualifications:

2. A strong research profile, with a minimum of 4 years of postdoctoral experience or 2 years of experience as an assistant professor.
3. UGC-NET with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) or equivalent qualification.
4. A strong publication record, with papers in reputable international and national journals.
5. Experience in Ph.D. supervision and thesis evaluation.
