What You Will Do
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Information Security to students.
- Conduct research in Information Security and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise research projects of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Collaborate with faculty members from other departments to develop interdisciplinary research projects.
- Develop and implement curriculum for Information Security courses.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities of the department.
- Guide doctoral students and evaluate their theses.
- Participate in committee work and contribute to the development of the institution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering or related field with specialization in Information Security is mandatory.
- Postdoctoral research experience is preferred.
- Candidates who have cleared UGC-NET with JRF are eligible to apply.
- UGC norms will be followed for the selection of candidates.
Academic Projects
- The successful candidate is expected to contribute to the development of collaborative projects with industry and other academic institutions.
- The candidate is eligible to apply for research grants from funding agencies such as DST, MHRD, and industry partners.
- The candidate is expected to publish research papers in top-tier journals and conferences.
Ph.D. Supervision
- The successful candidate is expected to guide doctoral students and evaluate their theses.
- The candidate is expected to develop and implement coursework for Ph.D. students.

- Salary: Rs.55,000 - Rs.80,000 per month as per UGC norms.
