- Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences.
- Supervise student projects and theses in Operations Management.
- Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of new faculty members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Operations Management.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Operations Management or a related field from a recognized university. Industry experience is preferred, but not essential. A strong track record of research publication and teaching experience will be highly valued.
