Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a PhD in Organizational Behavior or a related field. A post-doctoral experience is preferred. Candidates who have cleared UGC-NET or SLET with JRF are also encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will be expected to adhere to the UGC norms and regulations for university recruitment.
Research & Publications
The selected candidate is expected to:
- Develop and conduct research projects in Organizational Behavior, with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Publish papers in international journals and present research findings at national and international conferences.
- Collaborate with faculty members from other departments to develop research proposals and secure funding opportunities.
- Develop and submit research proposals to various funding agencies.
Research Leadership
As an Associate Professor, you will be expected to:
- Guide doctoral students in their research projects, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Evaluate and review thesis proposals and research papers submitted by students.
- Participate in the development of research policies and guidelines for the department.
Perks and Pay
The selected candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.55,000 - Rs.80,000 per month, as per UGC norms. The candidate will also be eligible for research grants and other benefits as per UGC regulations.
