Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Power Systems, including theory and laboratory sessions.
- Develop and implement curriculum for Power Systems courses, ensuring alignment with UGC norms and state government rules.
- Guide students in their research projects, providing mentorship and feedback.
- Conduct research in Power Systems, publishing research papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in academic administration, including committee work and departmental meetings.
- Conduct seminars and workshops for students and faculty members on Power Systems topics.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop interdisciplinary courses and research projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry partners and alumni in Power Systems.
Master Level Teaching
- Teach master level courses in Power Systems, including special topics and electives.
- Guide students in their project work, providing mentorship and feedback.
- Conduct research in Power Systems, publishing research papers in peer-reviewed journals.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates with a NET/SLET qualification will be given preference. Prior teaching experience and publications in peer-reviewed journals are also essential. The candidate should have a strong academic background and a passion for teaching and research.
Learning and Development
- The University follows the API score system for promotion and career advancement.
- The selected candidate will be required to achieve a minimum API score to be eligible for promotion.

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.55,000 - Rs.80,000 per month, along with allowances as per UGC norms.
